Purpose of the processing: to maintain a business relationship with the User. The operations envisaged to carry out the processing are:

Data retention criteria: data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the purpose of the processing and when they are no longer necessary for that purpose, they be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or the total destruction of the data.

That in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR on the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and manifestly does so in keeping with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which the data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and the data are appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated the appropriate information to the users so that they can exercise those rights and freedoms.
