This project in Bondi, a vibrant beachside suburb of Sydney known for its laid-back surf culture and stunning coastal scenery, is a newly constructed, free-standing home that embodies contemporary architectural style.

The design showcases a sophisticated blend of modern forms and carefully chosen materials, creating a striking residence that complements an active lifestyle. Clean lines, a gabled roof accented by dormer windows, and a mixed palette of rendered walls in subtle tones define its modern aesthetic. Natural cedar timber, in a warm driftwood finish, adds a touch of organic texture to the screens, front door, and garage door. A 'Quartz' powder-coated metal roof adds a subtle sheen, while the reused sandstone in the front and side fences anchors the home to its site and echoes Bondi's coastal character.

There's also an emphasis on outdoor living with a balcony and integrated landscaping, complementing the scale and style of surrounding homes while still making a distinct statement.
